Went to get a washer and dryer and they had almost nothing in stock and were not helpful at all. Went to Sears instead and had a great experience. Also tried to get a rug, and they didn't have it in 8x10 and did not offer to help us get it. I ordered it online and it came and had a one foot rip in it. I sewed it so I didn't have to deal with the sub-par workers at this location. Then I ordered another one online and the wrong one came. I took it back to this Lowe's and while they did refund me, they did not help me reorder or rectify the situation. Ugh, Lowe's has made my life harder than easier. I would NOT recommend them. I'll have to go to Costco for my patio furniture.
This is based completely on customer service. Called today to find out if they could special order Maple lumber. Talked to Chris twice and Luis 3 times with a few other uninformed people thrown in for good measure. I was transferred 7 TIMES and spent a total of 15 minutes on hold. What a bunch of idiots. Simple question couldn't be answered by anyone.
I frequent this Lowes quite often, and (almost) everyone is friendly and helpful. When my girlfriend and I were redoing her backyard, we made several trips here, sometimes daily, as this Lowes had everything we needed. We have purchased many things here and all have been well worth the price. Highly recommended for any project!
Contacted them for an in-home estimate on a window replacement and I never heard back from them. I tried to call to see if I could speak to someone in person and was transferred to the wrong department, the woman that DID answer informed me of this, said she was going to transfer me to the correct department, but that she didn't know how to transfer the calls...I had to hang up after waiting 5 minutes on a silent line. Apparently nobody knows how to do their job here, very disappointing.
Poor customer service..the holiday season has started and they had 1 lane open. An elderly man asked one of the managers why only 1 lane was open and for him to notice that there was a long line. Rather than addressing the customer with an apology and solution the manager says "what would you like me to do sir?" How about problem solve, thats why you are a manager. There were 4 employees standing around inside the customer service counter, I am pretty sure they know how to use a register. The manager walked off leaving a line and no solution.
