Someone like me who doesn't know much about hand labor and projects really appreciate when they go the extra mile. They made me feel like family, and that means alaot.
This store will beat Amazon any day. Yes they have everything you need but what makes the difference is people. Every staff member is helpful and knowledgeable. They understand the community and their needs. Came here for hurricane prep and it's a well oiled machine. Good updates on socal media, fair prices, honest answers. I can't recommend this place enough.
My family came in at 7:10 pm to buy propane (they are open until 7:30) ahead of Irma and the manager refused to sell propane. Are you serious!? He told them to come back at 6am. Do your job that you were hired for! No customer service I will be contacting owner...ridiculous
Very accommodating staff, they will help find anything, and they have other services as well. ACE IS THE PLACE!! TO GET what you need when can't get it elsewhere!
I've been in the area less than a year. By far this has been the best experience for small home projects. So far I've dealt with Richard & Scott. They literally took their time and had all the patience in the world.
I have had the pleasure of shopping at this ACE for over 20 years they have always either had what I needed or ordered it for me. The quick service and pleasant staff make it a pleasure shopping here.
