Best store in Winter Garden. Very clean. Everyone helpful. Sales are great
I had a exchange to make this morning and I could not ask for any better service than what I received. The employees at customer service was so friendly and nice. I like the Publix on Hwy. 50, Winter Garden.
I love Publix but this location was disappointing. Upon walking into the store, we couldn't help but notice one of the workers with a hair net smoking at the entrance, in front of the doors. People had to walk by him to get in and inhale his cigarette smoke. There were plenty of places off to the side of the entrance where he could smoke and be out of the rain, but he chose right at the door. Our cashier was not very welcoming. She didn't greet us in the slightest and just stared at as she began to ring up our purchases.
Just finished shopping at this Publix My Cashier Brenda and her assistant Edgardo (Sorry if I butchered your name) were pleasant and very helpful. I live in Ocoee but usually drive 5miles out of my way to visit this location because the staff always welcomes me with a smile and are very helpful!
When you get done shopping have a refreshing drink or a candy bar or both. This is convenience and not impulsivity.
