1st - Sandra the sales person, most interrupting person I have meet, and only wants to tell you about her issues like the mold in her condo and dinner plans with her boyfriend and their other clients.
They left numerous areas of clean up and poor workmanship, which we will be taking care of since I refuse to allow them on my property again.
No one communicates within the company or to the homeowners.
And they will publicize your name, address and phone number without your consent.
Who gets excited about a roof? Pretty much not normal type people, but I can tell you, my new roof is so awesome it is all I can seem to talk to friends about! It is BEAUTIFUL!!

4th - Sandra stated the preliminary check would cover the cost. After finally getting an invoice, which I called numerous times to get and was told "oh you don't need one", it's almost $4000.00 dollars more.
I am a VP of Sales and Marketing for a large metal roofing company in Florida. When it came time to re- roof my home I had a number of contacts in the business. I chose ANC because as a customer I knew them to be honest and competent. As a service provider, however, I was even more impressed as they communicated with me every step of the way, arrived when scheduled, completed the job quickly and thoroughly and offered one of the better warranties in the business. I happened to be present when the municipal inspector conducted my final inspection. He climbed down from the roof and stated to me that he hadn't seen a roof that well done in some time! If you are looking for a quality contractor committed to customer satisfaction then call ANC!
The stress and anxiety from this company will be more than is desired. But they just don't care.
Worst company EVER. Especially the owner who is VERY RUDE.
The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. The salesman was friendly and very thorough with the presentation explaining everything about a metal roof. The workers were friendly, fast and clean. They completed my roof in 1 week. It looks amazing. Really great job all around! I highly recommend ANC.
3rd - you will probably need a translator for the work crew.
The team at ANC, beginning with Scott the salesman, did a fantastic, well priced job on our new custom roof that has all the neighbors slowing down to admire it. We went with a sandstone Kynar 500 (for Energy Star tax savings) standing seam metal roof so that we could install solar panels without puncturing the roof (they will clamp onto the seams). Took a little longer than we had expected, but there was a hurricane that swept through prior to install, so... Took longer to install it too, but I would rather they go slow and do an excellent job (they did!) than be rushed and sloppy. Overnight our air conditioning bill was cut in half! Saved even more since ANC tear-down crew found rotting wood under the old shingle roof that would have caused us problems later. ANC wasn't the lowest bid, but were very close. The extra insulation, higher gauge steel and professionalism of the staff was what finally settled us on ANC and we couldn't be happier! Wish I could post a picture or two. It is an amazingly well done, gorgeous, bullet proof, weather proof roof that will last for at least another 50 -100 years!
After the recent storm Mathew, lots of homes are in need of roof work. I had spent the morning calling as many as I could. I know they are busy but most didn't want my small job of only a few damaged shingles. When I called ANC I felt like a priority. they came out the next day as promised. He found that we actually had only one damaged shingle and he glued it back down. I guess the other shingles we had seen following the storm were actually that of my neighbors. This very nice professional came to my home, got on my two story room and didn't even charge me. If I ever need a roofing contractor ANC will be my first call and the one I'd recommend. customer for life here.
I'm guessing they added the materials and labor into the invoice to recoup their loss.
2nd - they will not tell you dates when roofing will start, or delivery of materials. They just drop off and show up when it is convenient for them.
The crew came on Thursday to remove the broken sections (they broke) on our patio, they left. Storm hit Friday. With the patio roof still off, patio flooded, nearly flooded out my house. They really showed no concern. Literally they had no concern for the fact they nearly destroyed my hardwood and tile floors due to their neglect.
The crew damaged my back patio roof while replacing my main roof.
