Can I give less than 1 star? Just moved to the area, searched google for nearby theaters, the closest was Cinepolis so I decided to purchase a last minute ticket online for Thor: Ragnorok. Got to the theater and it wasn't finished with construction. Their site redirected me to the next nearest theater when I bought my ticket. That was 3 hours away in Miami. Tickets are nonrefundable.
