If I could give ZERO stars I would. Just had the RUDEST delivery driver from your company in my neighborhood (Baldwin Park) literally SCREAM at me on my front porch as I am sitting here minding my own business working to have the car in front of my house moved. Mind you it was my house keeper's car who was knee deep working in the house and she was LEGALLY parked in front of my house. Your drivers just didn't feel like taking the next street over to get out because they could not fit THEIR truck through a RESIDENTIAL street. Just because you said "PLEASE" while YELLING WITH ATTITUDE AND BOBBING YOU HEAD AT ME DOES NOT make it ok. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!??!?!?! WHAT A JERK. I came outside with my housekeeper who is on the clock and FLIPPED him off and took a picture as YOUR EMPLOYEE proceeded to continue SCREAMING AT ME. SO I SURE DID YELL BACK. This is what representatives of your company behave like? DO NOT EXPECT private citizens to just take your verbal abuse without firing back. You yell at me and thinking I'm young and meek and not gonna give it right back to you? DAMN WRONG. DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING, and SHAMEFUL. I WILL NOT BE ABUSED and yelled as I sit for a quiet morning in front of my OWN HOME because your drivers are in a hurry and refuse to take the street I just pointed them to. I have a picture of the incident should you care enough to investigate. and yes, I ABSOLUTELY flipped him off. Poke me enough and I will give it right back to you. Disgusting behavior. YOU AND YOUR COMPANY SHOULD TAKE SWIFT ACTION. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will let all of Baldwin Park know on their social media as well.
Very good experience. Kept us briefed all along the way. Salesman kept in touch n kept us up to date. We chose a convenient date and Baers complied. Not only delivered on chosen date but even came ahead of time!! Took care to set up and balance furniture. Nice and careful delivery guys. The only issue is that we couldn't get the whole order delivered at the same time. Thanks a bunch.
A pleasant experience from beginning to end. ! Suzanne in sales was helpful and never high pressure..The delivery team was on time and very professional. . Baer's is a quality furniture store where your able to walk around and just shop ( even if you dont buy ).
We are very happy with our total experience with Baers!!! From the first time we stepped into the beautiful showroom in Winter Garden we were treated so wonderful!! We went back several times before making our purchase and Don our sales associate was always very patient and so so helpful!!! We bought a sofa chair and ottoman and 2 swivel chairs. Just took delivery and love everything we purchased. All our pieces came at same time too which is great!! We will be back for a few more soon!!! Love it all!!!!
Ben is a very talented and friendly designer. He did an amazing job pulling everything together in my house. And when something was not exactly right he went above and beyond to fix it. He is very easy to work with and always answers texts and calls even on days off. He has a great eye and sense of style. I highly recommend him.
