Don't waste your money here. Spent 150 dollars on a bouquet full of greens and cheap junk flowers. Looked like a funeral arrangement or for someone that's elderly. When I asked why there was no succulents in the arrangement, she stated they don't have succulents. I ordered the flowers a week ahead, I'm pretty sure that is sufficient time to get some in store for a specific request of mine. When I called to see how to fix this issue, they just said sorry you didn't like it. Nothing was done. Very bad customer service. Will take my future business elsewhere. Publix does a way better job at flower arrangements at a way better price!!
Came in looking fillers so I could attempt to make my own bouquet for a bridal photoshoot, but I ended up leaving with a full bouquet ready to go. They're Amazing people who took their time to explain the process of building a bouquet to me. And she did a phenomenal job. The bouquet was exactly was I was looking for. Will definitely recommend them!
Our high school lacrosse team was in the state semi finals. If the girls won, they would not be able to attend prom. We did not order boutonnieres as the girls did not want to jinx the game. ;) I called up Saturday morning (we lost) and the woman on the phone was so amazing. I had called all over town and nobody could help out in a pinch, but Shaws saved us! Thanks!
I had the best experience at this location. They made sure the flowers were delivered the day before the funeral to ensure they were there for set up. The arrangement was absolutely stunning. Completely disappointed an heartbroken. We took a picture of my mothers wedding bouquet to have them replicate it for their 40th anniversary. She even called to price the flowers since they would have to be shipped in and this would add to the cost. The day of the party, I went to pick up the bouquet. It was NOTHING like the picture or what they promised. First of all, it was made if silk flowers, roses instead if gardenias. It was tiny and they were still going to charge full price! I don't understand how you completely change a customers order and not call or notify them! In the end, I did not take the flowers and was refunded my money, but my mother was left flowerless for her anniversary.
