The store itself is great and they always have great selections. I shop there weekly and can always find what I need and do not need:-).. I am giving the rating of 1 because of a rude and impolite employee by the name of Rachel who works in the HoneGoods dept. Rachel was rude to us when we asked for assurance, she appeared to be bothered with her other duties and aggravated by the fact that a customer actually needed help. She even walked away at one point and did not even tell us that she would return. Eventually another home goods employees came over and was able to provide us answers and exceptional service. Perhaps Rachel needs another refresher class in "good" customer service and realise that if it were not for the customers continued patronage of the store, it would be out of business(bankrupt as some company's are) and she would not have a job! I'm always a happy shopper so being treated by a "rude employee" is definitely not a good experience!
Great selections!!! Would have been 5 stars if not for an associate named Rachael.... not sure what made her work In Customer Service/Retail industry, but it was a bad choice - as her rudeness level is exceeding all expectations... employees like her are reason why stores lose customers and profits.... Poor sad and angry Rachael :(
I love this store. We bought a World sphere with maps of the countries which lights as a lamp! We also bought 3 beautiful crystal containers! They have excellent prices and excellent customer service! We will recommend this place without hesitation!
Definitely one of the better Marshalls I've gone to. Always find something to walk out with. Shoe selection surprisingly good in the Men's section.
Great place for all types of home decor and seasonal decorations. Good prices, unique selection. Lines usually move fast except maybe busiest times near Christmas.
