It was a very easy process walked in to Enterprise in Winter Garden gave them a credit card driver's license 15 minutes later I was in a car even gave me a 10% discount. I would definitely do it again.
Update: I like going to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Winter Garden. They are always friendly and helpful but their service the last 2 times I've rented has been exceptional!!

This Enterprise location was great! When we checked in they offered a choice in the class we reserved (minivan) and gave us the chance to check out our options. We decided on the Dodge Caravan. The vehicle was almost brand new, very clean, and worked perfectly for us. Used the after hours drop when we returned, and received a confirmation email the next day when the location opened.
Excellent service. We reserved a mini van for a trip this weekend, but they had all been rented out when we arrived. We were instead upgraded to a large SUV at no additional charge, and got on the road quickly. When we dropped the car off, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Really phenomenal location they have going here with excellent employees.
